We collect in excess of 10,000 tonnes of redundant electrical equipment from sites across the UK every year. Of this, nearly 98% is dismantled and recycled, meaning only 2% of waste generated at our premises is sent for landfill - no other operator in our industry can boast such a high recycling rate.
Our facilities are specially designed and built to prevent environmental contamination. The yard is fully concreted with perimeter bund walls and dedicated high risk bund areas, meaning there is no possibility of leakage into the ground or water courses.
Our entire fleet of HGV’s have reduced pollution certificates and Euro 5/6 engines to minimise their impact on the environment.
We consistently achieve ratings of over 90% in the UVDB Verify Scheme - one of the highest scores in our industry.
We hold UKAS certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
We have policies and procedures in place for OHSAS 18001 and are a verified member of RoSPA and the British Safety Council.
