Degassing Services

As the first UK company to be granted a licence to remove SF6 gas, our experience is second to none. The SF6 units are identified on the transport, weighed, unloaded and placed by forklift truck into the quarantine area ready for the de-gassing, decontamination and disposal procedure.

Weigh tickets are handed to our de-gassing operative; these identify the place of origin and date collected. Each individual unit is then identified with make, type, and serial no and recorded in the SF6 logbook.

The units are marked with a waterproof paint marker identifying the place of origin and collection date. Highly trained operatives handle the specialist de-gassing process.
